Russia to deploy 43mn doses of swine flu vaccine

By February 20101 43 millions of doses of vaccine against A/H1N1 virus will produced in Russia and 22 million people will be vaccinated, Health Care and Social Development Minister Tatyana Golikova told reporters Monday. She said that on Monday the vaccination had started in Bryansk, Voronezh, Moscow, Tyumen and Altai regions of Russia. She said that the number of A/H1N1 flu cases in Russia had exceeded 4560. The situation with acute respiratory is usual for this time of the year, she added.
