President Medvedev has voiced dissatisfaction over the recent climate summit in Copenhagen. “Frankly speaking, the Copenhagen summit ended in empty meaningless phrases. The participants failed to come to agreement. And it’s not Russia’s fault”, - Medvedev said. But whatever the outcome of the summit, he went on to say, Russia will continue to boost its energy efficiency, address energy-related problems, increase energy intensity and, as a result, cut green-house emissions.
