At a Kremlin meeting on Friday, President Dmitry Medvedev congratulated the Serbian film director Emir Kusturica on winning this year’s International Orthodox Unity Prize.    Presenting the award Thursday, Patriarch Kirill praised Kusturica for seeking an insight into the spiritual roots of human existence and social behaviour. The film-maker said he had been drawing inspiration from the legacy of the 19th-century Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
