Global security reform to become a priority –Medvedev

Russia’s president Dmitry Medvedev believes that a treaty on European security could become a good example for other countries. “The reform of global and regional security mechanisms is essential. I’m glad that Russia’s proposals including a new Treaty on European Security is getting more support”,-Medvedev said at a ceremony of receiving credentials from foreign Ambassadors in the Kremlin. He noted that Russia is to push for bilateral and multilateral cooperation providing for positive global changes.
