Information Technology will provide for the better and more convenient state services, Russia’s prime minister  Vladimir Putin stated. According to him,  Russians appeal to different state institutions  360 million times a year. Thus,  each citizen gets all “pleasures” of sitting in state offices 3-4 times a year, Putin said  in Ufa  at a session of the governmental commission on regional development. Putin believes  that IT will considerably   accelerate and simplify a number of procedures and significantly  reduce chances for corruption.
