Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with the Chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau Khaled Mashal. He called for Hamas and Fatah to bridge their misunderstanding and renew the Israeli talks. The Hamas delegation acknowledged Russia’s Foreign Ministry’s significant contribution in mediating the Mid East talks and promotion of security in that part of the world.
