North Korean leader Kim Jong Il has reiterated that his country is willing to continue efforts toward the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, media reports said on Tuesday.During a meeting with Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, in Pyongyang earlier in the day, Kim said that “the sincerity of relevant parties to resume the six-party talks is very important.”  The six-party talks came to a halt last spring, when North Korea walked out of the negotiations in protest against the United Nations' condemnation of its missile tests. The talks bring together Russia, the US, two Koreas, China and Japan.
