The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has flown to Cuba to discuss global and regional politics, look into bilateral cooperation in investment, technology, transport and energy  and open Russia’s display at the 19th Havana International Book Fair, where this country is this year’s guest of honour. Cuba is the first leg of a tour which should also take Mr. Lavrov to Nicaragua, Guatemala and Mexico.
