North Korea says "no" to denuclearization due to US-South Korea war games

Following the joint military exercise of the US and South Korea North Korea is no more committed to the non-aggression agreement between the divided Koreas, an official with the Korean People Army said Sunday. According to him, the Key Resolve and Foal Eagle maneuvers which are to begin on Monday have an aggressive character and targeted against North Korea. The official said that North Korea's denuclearization process and all military dialogue with the South will be suspended as long as the drill lasts. According to the headquarters of North Korean army, 18,000 of US and South Korean servicemen will take part in the war games. The US and South Korea said that these are regular military exercises, which are conducted as part of the joint defense treaty.
