David Nalbandian defeated Sweden’s Andreas Vinciguerra to seal a memorable 3-2 win for Argentina and a place in the quarterfinals of the Davis Cup tennis tournament where the Argentineans will face off in Moscow against Team Russia which earlier scored a 3-2 win against India. In other Davis Cup 1/8 finals the Spanish defeated the Swiss 4-1, the French ousted the Germans with the same score and  the Croats rolled all over Ecuador 5-0.
