Russian police to introduce new recruitment policy

Russian Internal Affairs Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev has signed a decree on a principally new recruitment policy in the Russian policing forces. Russia’s militia will focus more on interviewing potential militia personnel after thorough psychological and professional skills tests. The measure is aimed to help Russia’s Internal Affairs Ministry to choose the most suited candidates to protect and serve Russian general public.
