Strong alcoholic drinks (over 15% by volume) may be no longer available at the Russian shops after 9 p.m. A governmental commission for alcohol market is scheduled to discuss relevant amendments to the legislation today. President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev named anti-alcohol campaign as one of the top domestic policy priorities.
