Lyudmila Voynova, a citizen of Russia, is seeking help from Finland’s President Tarja Halonen. Lyudmila fears that her daughter, Inga Rantala, who has a Finnish husband, fell victim to russophobia. On February 4, authorities in Turku, where the family lives, placed Inga’s son Robert, who has a dual citizenship, into an asylum and filed a lawsuit demanding that both of the parents be stripped of their parental rights. Earlier, the boy said at school that he would move to Russia.
