Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill and Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov have presented books to the children from Russian orphanages. The event took place in the Christ the Savior Cathedral in Moscow.  The event was timed to coincide with the Day of the Orthodox Book marked on March 14.  On that very day in 1564 the first printed book "Apostle" came out in Russia.
