Kaliningrad hosts 9th Amber Nightingale vocal competition

The 9th international vocal competition Amber Nightingale has started in Russia`s most western city of Kaliningrad. It brings together vocalists from 11 countries to compete in chamber singing. The Amber Nightingale competition was first held in 1992. This year a selection tour took place in New York, which helped to attract more participants. The winners will be announced on 22 March.
