Stun-gun shooting on Red Square

A man opened fire from a stun-gun at a police patrol as the officers approached him for a passport check on Red Square. The man was disarmed and detained. No one is reported hurt in the incident. The man was later reported having been on a federal wanted list since 2007 for armed robbery. According to Moscow’s Internal Affairs Department, he had no official permit to carry a traumatic gun.
