Rally of supporters of the ruling United Russia party was conducted in Moscow. Chairman of the Party’s Supreme Council, speaker of the State Duma Boris Gryzlov addressed 15 thousand participants of the rally and told them about the victory in Sunday regional elections. United Russia candidates acquired 70% of mandates in 8 regional legislative bodies. «A responsible political party does not separate economic development from the social one », - Gryzlov said. He reminded that pensions and living wage were increased in 2009 and the maternal capital is paid. Gryzlov promised to continue this positive trend. Among the problems needed to be solved are too high housing utilities tariffs set by monopolists.
