Russia’s president Dmitry Medvedev has demanded that  governors and governmental officials should use the Internet and monitor people’s opinions on new initiatives. According to Medvedev, using the web is a must for a modern manager. Dmitry Medvedev personally monitors people’s reaction in his blog and urges other officials to follow his example instead of using already “filtered” information.
