Russian centre of Science and Culture opens in Luxembourg

A Russian centre of Science and Culture has been opened in Luxembourg. The Ambassador of Russia to Luxembourg Alexander Shulgin told ITAR-TASS news agency. The centre will  inform the locals on Russia’s cultural and scientific achievements and promote  student exchange. The opening of the center indicates the growth of bilateral ties, Shulgin said. Bilateral relations received a boost after Russia’s president  visited  Luxembourg in May, 2007 for the first time.
