Kiev to focus on NATO partnership not membership –Ukraine’s official

Kiev will continue to pursue its current policy on NATO, putting accent on partnership, instead of  membership, said Ukraine’s deputy foreign minister  Konstantin Eliseev at the NATO- Ukraine Commission session. According to NATO official representative  James Appathurai,  the meeting was devoted to one issue only - priorities of the new Ukraine’s government . He  added that NATO ambassadors welcomed the continuity of  Ukraine’s foreign policy and its contribution to NATO  mission.
