 In a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovich on Wednesday, President Medvedev accepted an invitation to visit Kiev on May 17th and 18th. The two leaders also agreed to synchronize their countries’ V-Day parades on May 9th. Their discussion also touched on Ukrainian television broadcasts to Russian territory.
