The American Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Moscow for talks. Work on a new strategic arms reduction treaty and the Middle East conflict are expected to top the visit’s agenda. Earlier, the State Department’s official spokesman Marc Toner said Mrs. Clinton was planning to discuss a broad range of bilateral and multilateral issues. On Thursday, she will meet with Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, followed by a session of the Middle East Quartet, due on Friday, with the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon attending.
