Tens of thousands of supporters of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra have been rallying in the streets in Bangkok demanding that the current Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva step down. The protesters had donated 300 liters of blood and then demonstratively poured it on the ground outside government buildings. The International Red Cross Organisation has criticized this action, ITAR-TASS news agency says.
