Yanukovich ready for joint VE-Day parade

Ukraine’s president Victor Yanukovich will sign a decree on holding military parades in Sevastopol and Kerch in the run-up to the 65th anniversary of  VE-Day. Yanukovich said it would be right to arrange the Sevastopol parade together with Russia and ordered Ukraine’s Defense Minister Mikhail Ezhel to prepare for the event. The president also promised social aid for the veterans equal to the one in Russia and Belarus.
