Murderer of Central Bank executive gets 9 years

The Moscow City Court has sentenced Andrei Kosmynin, the eighth participant in the murder of Deputy Chairman of Russia's Central Bank Andrei Kozlov in 2006, to 9 years in prison. It was proved that Kosmynin had delivered the gun for the murder, chose the place where to shoot Kozlov and showed other criminals the route from the scene of the crime. He received $ 100,000 for his services.

On November 13, 2008, the Moscow City Court sentenced Alexei Fenkel, the murder's organizer, to 19 years of imprisonment The court also sentenced the other 6 participants to different terms in jail.
