The crew of the Polish president’s Tupolev 154  made errors which led to the crash,  the Polish head of the investigative committee Edmund Klich  told the Rzeczpospolita  newspaper. He made these conclusions after analyzing the plane’s black boxes  and recorded talks of the pilots."The pilots ignored all danger warnings by the aircraft's equipment, and took an undue risk. Why? Because they were trained to do so," Klich said. Though the investigation is not over, Klich blames the crew. "I will take the risk and be responsible for this. I think society should know about this," he said.
