Russian experts to reach conclusion on corvette sinking

Russian military experts are supposed to reach a conclusion on the sinking of the South Korean corvette “Cheonan” within a month. A statement to that effect was made by Russia’s Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov as he spoke in the Upper House of the Russian Parliament earlier in the day. An international inquiry into the incident  on March 26th in which 46 sailors died puts the blame on North Korea. Pyongyang denies its involvement. During their visit to Seoul Russian experts investigating the incident were provided with all the related documentation for further scrutiny.
