Somali pirates have released a Turkish ship and its 21 crew four months after it was hijacked in the Indian Ocean, officials said.

The Frigiya freighter was seized off the Seychelles Islands with a crew of 19 Turks and two Ukrainians on March 23.

Accompanied by a Turkish frigate, the vessel is currently on its way to Turkey, with all the crewmembers reportedly in satisfactory condition.
