CSTO lauds Russia’s support of Kyrgyzstan
Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization have made public data on rendering humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan during last month’s political turmoil there. For its part, Russia allocated a 20-million-dollar grant for a social support of the Kyrgyz population, as well as a 30-million preferential loan. The Russian Emergencies Ministry, in turn, delivered tons of humanitarian cargo to the crisis-hit Central Asian country, which was also propped up by Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
