Russian bombers wrap up record patrol flight

The two Russian strategic bombers have completed a record 40-hour patrol flight, which saw them covering 30,000 kilometers over the Atlantic, Arctic and Pacific Oceans on Thursday, a Defense Ministry spokesman said.

He added that the Tu-95 bombers were shadowed by several NATO fighters during separate stages of the flight.
