Wheat price at the Grain exchange in Paris has dropped 3.9% to 199.7 euro per ton on Tuesday.

The decline happened following a statement of Russia's Deputy Agriculture Minister Alexander Belyayev. He said that Russia's grain exports will remain stable despite the current draught.

"Our country has enough resources to meet all the needs in grain", he said at an international conference in Novosibirsk.
