Doctors from best clinics of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and the Federal Security Service are receiving patients at a multi-functional mobile field hospital put up in Leningori in the South Ossetian mountains.

About 300 patients a day undergo a full health check-up and receive first aid.

The district is desperately short of high-skilled medical staff.

Georgians account for nearly a half of the local population. Aid is provided to all residents, irrespective of nationality.
