Blast of the first Russia's Spektr R orbital observatory will be postponed for a year due to a fire at a mission -control center which damaged the main antenna , said an official from the Moscow-region space center.

The Spektr R is a part of  joint  RadioAstron project which is to study solar wind,  the interplanetary magnetic field, black holes and neutron stars .
