The Islamist movement Hamas has pledged more attacks against the Israeli military despite the ongoing clampdown on Hamas in the West Bank.
In an interview on Thursday, Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zukhri pointed the finger at Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who earlier endorsed arrests of 550 Hamas members.
Zukhri called the arrests 'a politically motivated move', which, he recalled, comes ahead of direct Palestinian-Israeli talks and is allegedly designed to court Tel Aviv.
