At least 10 mln foreigners have entered Russia since early 2010, the head of the Federal Migration Service Konstantin Romodanovsky told Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.

According to the official, 5 mln migrants are currently working in Russia.

Only 1 mln of them are legal.

The rest 4 are violating foreign labor laws.
