The timeslot of the legendary TV host, Larry King will be taken over by a British journalist named Piers Morgan. He is known as a jury member of a popular television program.
Morgan has not yet said what the new program will be called. CNN defined its genre as "a frank and informative talk show." "Pierce is able to ask tricky questions of the guests, making them responsible for their words and deeds," said CNN president John Klein.
In June, 76-year-old Larry King announced his show would cease to exist. It ran continuously for 25 years and has been entered into the Guinness Book of World Records. During his career, Larry King has done more than forty thousand interviews with movie stars, politicians, businessmen and public figures. He is the recipient of numerous television and journalism awards.
