Russia sends rescue plane to Vladikavkaz

Within the next two hours, Russia will send an Emergency Ministry plane, equipped with two medical modules designed to transport injured people, to the southern Russian city of Vladikavkaz.

According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office, at least fifteen people were killed and some 40 injured in a car bomb attack at the entrance of the city’s central market.

Criminal charges have already been filed by the North Ossetian authorities.
