33 members of an opposition group Solidarnost were detained in the Red Square in Moscow on charges of an attempt of an unsanctioned rally on Sunday.
At present, the authorities are deciding whether these people should be punished.
However, spokesperson for Solidarnost Olga Shorina claims that these people were arrested for nothing but walking in the Red Square with white ribbons pinned to their clothes, which President Putin’s opponents use as their distinguishing sign.
