The Chicago Symphony Orchestra led by Riccardo Muti is to give two concerts in Moscow on April 18th and 19th . The programme will include works by Dmitry Shostakovich.
The 120-year-old orchestra gives a total of over 150 concerts each year. It has visited Moscow only once, in November 1990.
