More than 200 companies from 18 countries are taking part in the 5th International Helicopter Industry Exhibition 2012, which opens in Moscow on Thursday.

The companies are represented at the exhibition include Russia’s Milya and Kamova manufacturers and also such foreign companies as Eurocopter, Sikorsky Aircraft, Agusta Westland Bell Helicopter.

The visitors will see 20 types of civil and military helicopters.

The core of the Russian exposition is the stand of the United Defense Industry Corporation “Oboronprom”, where 18 Russian companies will display their new developments.
