Russian and Belarusian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko reiterate the strategic nature of relations between their two neighboring countries.
In a joint statement in Minsk on Thursday the two leaders underscored their shared wish to continue building up their Union State and promote across-the-board cooperation between Moscow and Minsk.
