Russia`s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is arriving in Kabul on Thursday to take part in a regional conference on Afghanistan which is going to focus on handing over power to Afghan people.
Mr. Lavrov is expected to talk about the consequences of the ISAF withdrawal in 2014 and to discuss the issues of bilateral cooperation with the Afghan authorities.
