The club "Brooklyn Nets" of the North American National Basketball Association is considering the acquisition of Russian Andrei Kirilenko. This was announced by team general manager Billy King.
According to him, the "Nets", owned by businessman Mikhail Prokhorov, are already in talks with Kirilenko. However, experts have downplayed the club’s chances of acquiring the 31-year-old versatile forwarder for next season due to financial reasons.
Kirilenko, now with Russia’s top club team, CSKA Moscow, is preparing to play with the Russian National Team in the Olympics.
