The talks were held in the run-up to an EU summit scheduled for October 18. The participants in the meeting are expected to take a decision on whether to provide Greece with the next €31.5 billion euro aid tranche.
Creditors are refusing to issue the tranche until Greece passes a new austerity package.
Spending cuts are expected to amount to €12 billion in the next two years. Another €2 billion is to be raised through increasing taxes.
