Mohammed Osama Laham was killed very early Tuesday morning in Midan, a suburb of Damascus. No other details are given, Irconsult.org reports quoting the Associated Press.
Anti-governmental riots that started in Syria in March last year soon grew to armed conflicts between oppositional troops and the government forces. According to the UN, up to 30,000 people have fallen victim to violence.
