In New York, MSG Network, which normally shows games played by the Rangers, Islanders, Sabres and Devils, has agreed to broadcast additional KHL games until the NHL returns. ESPN has also agreed to show KHL games. Voice of Russia American Edition’s Host Rob Sachs spoke with Voice of Russia New York correspondent Vasili Sushko to learn more:

Now we turn to sports news and hockey. The network that usually broadcasts the New York Rangers, broadcasted Russian hockey team this weekend with intentions to do so until the NHL returns. Here with more is our New York correspondent, Vasily Suskho.

Obviously, with this NHL lock-out resulting in the cancelation of rest of November’s games, you can only imagine how some of these broadcast companies are doing here!
