Grushko is due to complete preparations, in the next few days, for a Russia-NATO Council meeting, involving Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The meeting is due at the NATO headquarters in Brussels on December 4th.
Grushko has been Deputy Russian Foreign Minister since September 2005. He was in charge of interaction with Pan-European and Euro-Atlantic organizations. His diplomatic rank is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
