Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who is also the head of the party, has congratulated the party’s members with this date.
“Russia still has many problems to solve,” Mr. Medvedev says, “but I am convinced that by our united efforts, we’ll cope with them.”
Russian political analyst Dmitry Orlov believes that the main achievements of “United Russia” are the rather high welfare of Russians, political stability in the country and making Russia a country respected in the world.
