A statement to this effect became the keynote of Russia Day at the New York Stock Exchange on Monday.
The Russian delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov informed more than one hundred top investors about the investment climate in Russia and the Russian government’s measures to attract foreign investment.
While foreigners prefer to invest mostly in the mining industry, other industries, including energy, healthcare, transport, trade and merchant fleet, are becoming increasingly attractive for investment.
