He was a member of the Russian delegation led by President Vladimir Putin.
According to Slutsky, "The summit once again proved that the Commonwealth of Independent States is growing with regard to its economic and human dimensions."
Following the meeting two dozen documents were signed.
The next CIS summit will be held in October 2013 in the Republic of Belarus.
